All That and a Box of Clips: Keys 2626 - 2631
A few months ago I stumbled across this box of aluminum clips in my stash of supplies:
After some struggles and the death of a small cutting tool I managed to get the clips apart and started putting them together into key shapes. The shafts of these keys are made from some collapsible metal easel legs I rescued from the office garbage. These keys are bigger then what I usually make and are around 9 inches long (although some are smaller and some are 11 inches). I tried my hand at mixing some gold mica powder into the resin on a few keys. I overdid it on the powder but it is what it is. These seemed to take a long time as life kept getting in the way. I am pretty happy with the way they turned out. I really can’t remember where those clips came from so if someone gave them to me - thank you, thank you, thank you!
